Playoffs & Hall of Champions

Seeding & Format

The playoffs are where the regular season pays off. This league keeps the format flexible so your commissioner can run the postseason your league voted for.

• Seeds come from the final standings. The regular-season record — the games you played and logged — sets who is in and where they sit. This is one more reason to play your full slate: the standings decide the bracket. At the end of the season, most active teams will get the advantage to participate in the playoffs, even if they will have less wins than less active teams.
• East vs West in Season 1. If one of the conferences is overstacked with competition, we will switch over to Top 16 regardless of conference in season 2. With conferences on, the top 8 teams from each conference qualify. With conferences off, the top 16 qualify overall: 1 vs 16, 2 vs 15, through 8 vs 9. The bracket is fixed, with no reseeding or play-in.
• Playoffs format is 3-3-5-5. Meaning first 2 round are Best of 3, and conference finals and finals are Best of 5.

The Hall of Champions

Every champion is written into the league's Hall of Champions — the permanent record of who won it all, season by season. It is the wall the whole dynasty is chasing.

Wins and losses reset. LP accumulates. But a banner in the Hall of Champions is forever, and it is the one thing every season is ultimately played for. Go get one.
