Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026. The English text governs.

These terms are the agreement between you and Legacy 2K for using the site. By creating an account or using Legacy 2K, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You must be old enough to hold accounts on the services Legacy 2K connects to.

Legacy 2K is for running and following NBA 2K MyNBA leagues. Please do not:

  • Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Upload false results or tamper with another league's data.
  • Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.
  • Use the service to spam or to impersonate someone else.

Each league is run by its commissioner. The commissioner sets that league's rules, decides who may join, and manages the league's data — including scores, rosters, trades, and LP adjustments. Decisions about how a league is run are up to its commissioner, not Legacy 2K. If you have a dispute about how your league is managed, take it up with your commissioner.

You keep ownership of the content you add, such as screenshots and league information. By adding it, you give Legacy 2K permission to store, display, and process it as needed to run the service — for example, reading a box-score screenshot to record a result, or posting a league update to a connected Discord server.

Legacy 2K is a hobby platform for online leagues and is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that data (including automatically read screenshots) will always be correct. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Legacy 2K is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using Legacy 2K and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Legacy 2K after a change means you accept the updated terms.
