USBAThe archive is the league's film room. It settles disputes, it feeds the news and highlights, and every evidence-based ruling in this book leans on it — a league where nobody can rewatch anything cannot be run honestly.
Note one thing the stream does not decide: home and away. Who was streaming has nothing to do with who hosted — the venue comes only from the Team Comparison screenshot (see Score Reporting & Box Scores). Stream because it makes the league better, not to claim a home game.
