Every fine is booked one game at a time, with the reason attached, and reversed if it turns out to be wrong.
Fines are corrections, not accusations, and nearly every one of them is avoided by doing the two cheapest things in the league: play on time and log your score. If a fine looks wrong, the league office is where you contest it — not the group chat.
